Founded on July 16, 1964, as the Hawaii National Guard NCO Association, HNGEA expanded its membership on May 9, 1973, to include all enlisted ranks, exemplifying our dedication to inclusivity and advocacy.
Our mission is to represent the voice of enlisted National Guard members, their families, and retirees. HNGEA actively advocates for current and future benefits at both state and national levels, ensuring the well-being, readiness, and success of our community.
